Yoga means, union. It is a path that leads to unity with the Divine. These traditions teach thousands of practices that open the doorway to meditation, a state of unified consciousness in which the mind is stilled and the spirit is uplifted. When that state is reached and the meditator returns to outer awareness, everything is transformed.

Enlightened Life Temple holds yogic lineages that contain some of the most powerful practices for awakening, self-realization, and liberation. The Temple hosts a variety of online and in-person study and practice groups in Siddha, Tantra, and Advaita (non-duality), and traditional Siddha Homa fire ceremonies.
